Physician Opportunities

Pulmonary Critical Care

Carney Hospital, a community-based academic teaching hospital in Boston and affiliate of Tufts University School of Medicine, is seeking a board certified pulmonary and critical care physician. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing care across multiple settings, including inpatient pulmonary care, medical ICU, outpatient pulmonary clinic and LTACH coverage. The physician will serve as the attending physician in the ICU directing Internal Medicine residents. The position comes with an academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine. While the ICU shifts are 24 hours in length, call is taken from home and Steward’s eICU program provides coverage of the ICU from 7pm – 7am thus minimizing the burden of calls during these hours. We pay competitive rates with incentive plans available.
